Restaurants and bars: how a Virtual Space fills tables

Food and beverage is one of the largest categories on the VirtualSpace network, and the reason is simple: people book venues they can picture themselves in.

Where the tour works

  • Private dining and events: planners walk the room, count seats and check sightlines without a site visit. Event enquiries convert faster when the tour is in the first reply.
  • Google and social: a tour embedded on the website and linked from the Google Business Profile keeps visitors on the page longer than photos alone.
  • Reopening after a refit: show the new room the day it opens, and keep the old capture as a record for the landlord and insurer.
  • Multi-location groups: a consistent tour per venue supports franchise sales and standards audits.

Capturing a restaurant

We shoot before service with tables set and lighting as guests would see it. Kitchens and back-of-house are captured for operations but kept out of the public tour. Space Stills from the same model supply the website and menus, so one visit covers photography as well.

What to include in the brief

Tell your Spatialist which rooms are for sale as event space, whether the terrace should be included, and what times the room looks its best. Most venues are captured in under two hours.
