One form: your capture types, equipment, coverage area, and certifications. It takes about ten minutes and does not create an account.
02 · Review
We review experience, equipment, insurance status, and where the network needs coverage, then reach out.
03 · Join link
Approved applicants receive a join link to sign in to Spatialist Station, where assignments, files, and status live.
04 · Paperwork
Sign the Independent Contractor Agreement and NDA, add the bank account for ACH payments, and upload your Certificate of Insurance.
05 · Active
Assignments in your coverage area arrive with a written scope, site details, and deliverable requirements. Accept what fits.
Paid on Net 30
Once a project is completed and approved, payment goes to the bank account on file by ACH. No invoice to send.

Capture types
Matterport tours, NavVis, Leica, or FARO scans, 360 cameras, or aerial. Pick every type you can deliver.
Equipment
The cameras and scanners you own, by model. No gear yet? VirtualSpace leases equipment month to month for use on VirtualSpace projects.
Coverage area
Your home base and the radius you will travel. Assignments are dispatched by location, so this shapes what you see.
Certifications
Manufacturer or industry certifications you hold. Aerial work requires a current FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate.
Insurance
Tell us your current insurance status. Active Spatialists keep a Certificate of Insurance on file naming VirtualSpace as additional insured.
Team size
Solo operators and multi-person stations both qualify. Many Spatialists work with VirtualSpace alongside other engagements.

Only if you lease a camera or scanner from us for VirtualSpace projects: month to month, 14 days' notice to end.
